Join us at West Art, at 816 Buchanan Avenue, Lancaster, PA, USA for our fundraising community event, "Seasons of Reflection". The purpose of this event is to cultivate a supportive and inclusive space for individuals navigating grief and loneliness during the holiday season. Hosted by Wisdom and Grace United Church of Christ, the event aims to facilitate the sharing of personal stories, providing solace and fostering connections within the community. Select participants are encouraged to express their experiences anonymously or by personally sharing their narratives.

To enhance the resonance of the event, live music will be interspersed between each presentation. Special musical guests, recognized in the local theater and arts scene for their powerful singing, will accompany our church's talented musicians and singers as we present holiday-themed songs chosen by each storyteller. This musical element aims to add a poignant and reflective dimension to the program, creating a multi-sensory experience that contributes to the overall atmosphere of support and understanding.

The overarching goal is to offer a cathartic opportunity for attendees to voice the meaningful stories of their grief, emphasizing the diversity of experiences. Additionally, the event seeks to assure participants that they are not alone in their struggles during the holiday season. Proceeds from this event will go towards Hospice & Community Care, which offers free grief support services to individuals in our city and surrounding counties.
