FAQ’S

ACCESSIBILITY.

West Art is fully accessible, we have a ramp to our main blue doors and an elevator to all floors. For any specific requirements please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate your specific needs in any way we can.

COFFEE BAR.

Our coffee bar is not open, YET ! We are renovating the space and aiming to open the doors in early fall 2024. It will be a stunning light filled room with high ceilings, comfy couches, exposed beams, hardwood floors and stained glass windows. We can not wait to open the doors and welcome you inside every day with regular hours. We’ll be serving the highest quality coffee from our favorite Lancaster roaster and sourcing some great food options from our favorite local makers.

HOURS.

We are currently only open for shows and private events, along with Sunday morning yoga at 9.30 am and Wellness Wednesdays starting at 5.30pm. We look forward to having regular open hours this fall!

PARKING.

While we do not have a designated parking lot on site, there is usually plenty of free street parking around neighboring Buchanan Park. West Art is in a residential neighborhood, and it’s important for us to be a good neighbor to our fantastically supportive community. We always encourage walking, biking and carpooling when possible! When parking, try to use the Buchanan Park side of the street rather than taking the spaces in front of houses.

CONCESSIONS.

For most of our concerts we partner with local vendors to provide beer and refreshments, these shows are not BYOB. Specific details are always on each event page.

ART CO-OP.

The Art Co-OP will open at the same time as the coffee bar, specific details will follow shortly.

Rentals.

All our spaces are available for private rentals, birthday parties, weddings, baby showers and anything else within the law ! Please get in touch using the form above for pricing or to arrange a tour. You can see pictures of the rooms available in the Use Our Spaces section above.
