Join us for an evening of wellness and community in a relaxed setting! Freediving Breath Meditation is an excellent way to relax and grow in mindfulness, while also pushing your body to be the best it can be. Details: Please arrive at 7:15. Bring a yoga mat, and wear comfortable athletic clothes. It's recommended to eat 2 hours prior to the class.
