Jake Eddy is a bluegrass guitarist born and raised in Parkersburg, West Virginia. He began his music career and lifelong addiction to the road by playing banjo professionally at the age of fourteen with bluegrass-legend Melvin Goins. His guitar playing, which is primarily influenced by bluegrass and jazz, is showcased on his debut album of fiddle tunes, entitled "Jake Eddy," which features such greats as Grammy-award winning Bryan Sutton, Rob Ickes, and Kenny Smith. Jake has been twice nominated for the IBMA Momentum Award and the esteemed Fretboard Journal has called him “One of the most exciting young guitarists.”Daniel Ullom is a mandolin player from Yakima, Washington who has traveled extensively across the US in search of bluegrass and old-time traditions. With over a decade of experience as a professional musician, Ullom has shared the stage with notable acts like Peter Rowan, Dry Branch Fire Squad, The Onlies, Billy Strings, Elephant Revival, and Amythyst Kiah. In 2022, he released his debut album “The Swannanoa Sessions” featuring top-notch musicians from North Carolina including the renowned Tatiana Hargreaves, who also produced the project.Jake and Daniel have a wide repertoire which spans from vintage sources like the Monroe Brothers and Ed Haley to modern players like Norman Blake and Andy Statman. In October 2023 they recorded a duet album which is set to be released in early 2024 and is sure to be a favorite among fans of flatpicking.Carter Eddy will be joining Jake and Daniel on upright bass. Equally adept in bluegrass and jazz, Carter has recorded with legendary musicians such as Andy Statman and performed on the Grand Ole Opry multiple times.
